Cancellation, Late Arrival and No Show Policy Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service fee for late cancellation No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that delays can happen. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, your booking will be forfeited, and the full-service fee will be charged. If you notify us of a delay, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability and if not, fees may still apply. Thank you for being so understanding.
